Nurture Groups / Alternative Provision

Whether it's setting up a new provision, or making an existing provision even better, I can help. I have extensive experience of setting up, establishing and leading outstanding provisions, and supporting schools to set up their own Nurture Groups. I can support curriculum and policy development, staff training and assessment and planning.

Coaching, Mentoring & Supervision

The importance of supervision has been highlighted in research, and is seen as being a vital role in wellbeing, reflective practise and professional development. I have extensive experience of coaching, mentoring, and providing supervision,  1:1, group and peer, to develop and support staff.
